Education Regulatory Norms Tough in India

As per the latest report by the US Ambassador, it has been quoted that even though India carries a potential aspect for a great education; still the regulatory norms are way too tough, making it inaccessible and hard to acquire for the mass on a broader picture. As per his report, India along with the US has equal potency in the education field, but he blames the regulation followed here should be more open and easy.
